We offer individual or group supervision for Mental Health Counselors (working towards their LMHC), Expressive Arts Therapists, teachers, elder care workers and other mental health professionals.

We use Expressive Arts in the supervision process to support your learning, reflection and self-care.
Rituals are necessary to enter and close learning cycles, and to develop a professional identity.
We apply the same body-based principles in supervision than we do in holding space with our clients.
Constructive feedback is provided in a verbal way, as well as with Expressive Arts Therapy tools.
Reflection and visual journaling is an important part of this journey.
Reflection and the meeting needs are the result of a collaboration.
We communicate about and define the Supervisor-Supervisee relationship as a model of relating, an understanding of ethics and creating safety in the learning space.
By developing skills and naming strengths we begin to create a "professional toolbox".
The learning process requires courage, a supervisor's role is to witness and guide you in those times.
Experiencing learning as a playful journey helps us stay centered, take care of ourselves and be good role models.
As learners and as teachers, no matter the learning or teaching style, we learn and practice riding the wave to be present for each moment.
In learning, there are sometimes layers to peel of, and layers to discover and create.
Understanding oneself, what one needs to feel equipped to be a therapist, and what it means to create and hold a therapeutic space for another person requires insight and rigor.

Our priority is to help Supervisees find their own voice, discover their professional selves and come into their own.
