Please note that treatment requires your therapist to be in contact with teachers, doctors and other providers. Working in collaboration with a client's environment allows for optimal results, and the frequency and reason for these contacts are decided in collaboration with the client. If you have MassHealth, this component of our services will be fully covered by your insurance. If these communications are not covered by your insurance, your therapist will inform you prior to any services or additional cost needing to take place.

ARTrelief now requires a credit card on file in order to streamline payments and ease administrative load. A consent form will be provided to you at the time of you intake, that we will keep on file. For any charge you will receive an emailed receipt. If you only meet via telehealth, we can send you a one time invoice for your co-payment with the option to check off the box of adding your card on file.

Please note that ARTrelief will pause services when fees due are higher than $200, until a plan can be made for decreasing the balanced owed and resume services.
