Includes handicap accessible bathroom, tables, chairs, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle.

  • Kitchen and Play Space: $65/h - minimum 2 hours rental, up to 16 guests

  • Kitchen and Conference Room: $90/h - minimum 2 hours rental, up to 30 guests; $5 per each additional guest; max of 40 guests total

  • Kitchen, Play Space and Conference Room: $110/h - minimum 2 hours rental, up to 30 guests; $5 per each additional guest; max of 40 guests total

  • Kitchen and Art Space: Includes use of multimedia paper (1 per guest), tempera paint, watercolor trays, markers, crayons, pencils, oil and chalk pastel, nondrying clay - 3 hours rental, $240 for up to 16 guests, $10 per each additional guest; $5 for each accompanying adult.

  • ​Kitchen and Play Space: Includes games, costumes, toys, movement props - 3 hours rental, $140 for up to 10 guests, $10 per each additional guest; max of 16 guests total

  • Kitchen, Art space and Play Space: Includes art supplies listed above and games.costumes,toys - 3 hours rental, $190 for up to 10 guests, $12 per each additional guest; max of 16 guests total

  • Kitchen and Conference Room: Includes art supplies above and games.costumes, toys - 3 hours rental, $240 for up to 10 guests, $12 per each additional guest; max of 16 guests total

Party Notes:

  • Detailed Quote is provided upon booking party/rental

  • Contract, $150 non refundable deposit and $150 security deposit (refundable within 15 business days) are required to book a party/rental

  • Final payment due on day of the party

  • All confirmation and final guest list due 2 weeks prior to party

  • Additional charges applied for returned checks, and late payments
