Service Description

In this weekly practice, participants will be lead through a series of exercises aimed at engaging and dialoguing with the stories within us. Both in group and solo scores, participants will have an opportunity to connect with the estranged, experience renewal with the familiar, and find where our individual and collective stories intersect, where new meaning and culture can be created. This workshop draws from Action Theater, Authentic Movement, Music and Vocal Improvisation, and Visual Art. No prior experience necessary, wear comfortable clothing.
